Dan Norwood has been an employment law attorney in Memphis, Tennessee, for the past thirty-eight years initially representing first employers and later individual whistle blowers and victims of employment discrimination, as well as many labor organizations. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America and SuperLawyers in labor and employment law.

In 1987 he was featured on the cover of Memphis Magazine as the “Giant Killer” for his successes in suing discriminating employers. In recent years, after he started representing more and more victims of age discrimination in employment, he began calling himself the Baby Boomer Advocate.
